Ariana Adibrad

I specialize in clinical social work with children and teens who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma.  I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University in Kitchener, Ontario. I am also, a certified youth and family coach from the World Coach Institute.

I offer a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment that promotes introspection, self-awareness and growth. I have specialized training and experience working with children, teens, and families.

Whether you are seeking long-term or short-term therapy, I strive to create a comfortable, culturally-informed, accepting and empathic atmosphere in which you are the center of treatment. I use an eclectic approach to therapy that is tailored to the needs of the individual client or family system in my office. I generally combine Attachment and Client-Centered Theory in practice and I frequently use CBT, ACT, play therapy techniques and art therapy techniques in sessions.
